About us
We – Alfons and Marianne Eifel – operate the winery since 1983.
For us making wine means to engage with nature. Of course the cellar techniques which we developed over the past decades are another very important aspect. Oak barrels as well as modern stainless steel technology are warrantors for the high quality of our wines.
In our more than one hundred years old treasure cellar we store wines from 7 decades. The eldest being a Riesling Spätlese dry from 1935.
